We have the professional expertise and tools to handle the majority of repairs in-house. If your job requires special tools, with your permission we’ll send it to our preferred, external repair facility at no additional cost to you.
Not all repair shops are the same; some will use sub-standard parts and some will take shortcuts. We've been in the industry long enough to witness this, we oppose this type of practice and we endeavour to be principled and honest.
We appreciate that today's expensive devices lead to expensive repairs so we set our prices to be fair and reasonable. We'll do our best to match any like-for-like quote and we promise to offer a warranty where possible.

Contact us for a quote or visit our shop in Beeston any day of the week. We aim to keep parts for popular devices in stock so repairs are usually completed within 30 minutes.

We'll inspect your device, confirm the price and give you an estimated time for the repair. In rare cases, we'll have to order parts and you may be asked to pay a deposit.

We'll send you a text message when your device is ready for you to collect, we'll provide a receipt for warranty purposes and we'll make sure you leave with a smile. 😁
